The San Francisco Decorator Showcase
April 26–May 26
The West Coast’s top designers will transform one of San Francisco’s largest residences for the 2008 San Francisco Decorator Showcase, running from April 26 through May 26, 2008. The four-story Italianate-style Pacific Heights mansion located at 2820 Scott Street (between Green and Union Streets) features 30 rooms within 16,000 square feet of living space. Proceeds benefit University High School’s financial aid program. Tickets are $30 general admission, $25 for seniors and are available at the door.

Picasso: 25 Years of Edition Ceramics from the Edward Weston Collection
May 1–June 29 11 a.m.–5 p.m.
Sonoma Valley Museum of Art invites you to view a selection of 65 ceramic pieces created by Pablo Picasso. The exhibit is open Wednesdays through Sundays, through June 29. Lecture “Picasso: The Vintage Years” by art historian Ann Wiklund on May 16. Museum admission $5 for individuals, $8 for families, free on Sundays. Memberships available at the door.
